My work with key government departments provides me with significant insights into US education and social challenges. No public policy schools in the country offer a policy program structured to address the widening gap between knowledge and practice. Another challenge is the need for more active and effective education emergency promotion and communication. I can address these challenges with my experience, complemented by a solid theoretical background in education policy. After completing my program, I can implement targeted training and development programs for public education administrators, as these are areas in which I have actively worked in the past few years. Also, I can stimulate awareness and communication of the education emergency by developing a unique cross-ministerial platform addressing education challenges.
